Personal training for middle and high school athletes
6Point Athletes understands that focusing on AGILITY, BALANCE, ENDURANCE, POWER, REACTION TIME, and SPEED is key to being a successful athlete. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, each training session will focus on developing one or more of the 6Points, along with other aspects of athletic training, to best prepare you for your sport and to keep you strong during the on and off seasons.
No two athletes are alike, and the program I develop for you will be as unique as you are. We will work together to come up with realistic and defined goals. Once those goals are set, you will be given weekly workouts to follow to obtain those goals, and learn how to maintain a healthy and strong lifestyle. Virtual and in-person training options are available to best fit your schedule and needs.
Single Training Session: 30 or 60 minutes training session. At the end of your session, you will receive a written summary of the workout.
Package Training Sessions: Package training sessions come with a customized, weekly workout plan. These are key to follow so you don't over-train while you are in your sport, and they will help you to keep on track for staying in shape during the off-season.
Partner Training Package Sessions: Partner Training includes all of the benefits from package sessions and you get to train with a friend!
In-Person: Personal and partner training sessions are available for individuals in the Twin Cities and surrounding area. Training sessions are held at Altman Fitness Studio located in Edina MN. Since 6Point Athletes offers virtual training sessions as well, if you can't make it in person one day for training, we can easily meet virtually for your session instead.
