Personal training for middle and high school athletes

6Point Athletes specializes in working with middle and high school individuals to help them become strong and healthy athletes.   


Each training session will focus on developing one or more of the 6Points of: AGILITY, BALANCE, ENDURANCE, POWER, REACTION TIME AND SPEED, along with other aspects of athletic training to best prepare each athlete for his/her sport.    


No two athletes are alike, and the program I develop for each athlete will be as unique as they are.  6Point works with athletes to come up with realistic and defined goals.  This helps provide focus and a clear objective to the program. Once those goals are set, athletes are given weekly workouts to follow to obtain those goals, along with learning how to maintain a healthy and strong lifestyle.  In-person and virtual training options are available to best fit the athlete's schedule and needs.

Single Training Session: 30 or 60 minutes training session.  At the end of your session, you will receive a written summary of the workout​.

Package Training Sessions:  Package training sessions come with a customized, weekly workout plan.  These are key to follow so you don't over-train while you are in your sport, and they will help you to keep on track for staying in shape during the off-season. Nutrition counseling is also available with the training packages.  Please contact 6Point directly for more details.  


Partner Training Package Sessions:  Partner Training includes all of the benefits from package sessions and you get to train with a friend!  

In-Person:  Personal and partner training sessions are available for individuals in the Twin Cities and surrounding area.  Training sessions are held at Altman Fitness Studio located in Edina MN, or FITSPACE in St. Louis Park MN.


Virtual training is also available to those who want to train in the comfort of their home and is available to anyone in the USA.
