Class Details
Join 6Point Athletes for an eight-week strength training and core conditioning class.
This eight-week class will focus specifically on strength training and core conditioning. Whether you are novice or pro, participants will learn about proper technique and how to progress in weight training, and how to properly engage the core muscles through the movements. We will also go through proper breathing technique and proper nutrition for muscle growth and development.
