This class is for youth ages 10-12 years old who are looking to learn the basics about strength training, become stronger and work on endurance. Each week will focus on:


1. Proper form


2. Learn about different workout formats

3. Learn how to properly use a variety of equipment


4. How to progress in the strength training 

5. Proper stretching and recovery

6. Learn why strength training is important for everyone and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

Session Details:


When: Saturday mornings from November 5th to December 17th (no class on November 26th)


Time: 12:45 pm to 1:30 pm

Cost: $120

Registration:  Registration will run from October 19th to November 2nd or until full
