Middle School Athletic Strength Training and Conditioning Camp
Athletic Strength Training and Conditioning Camp for
youth entering grades 6-8 in the fall.
This 4 week camp will meet twice a week and will focus on the basics of strength training and conditioning for this age group and how to progress properly as they become stronger. We will also incorporate athletic drills that will focus on: Agility, Balance, Endurance, Power, Reaction Time, and Speed. Participants will receive weekly workouts to take home to do on their own and receive basic nutrition advice to help support a healthy lifestyle!

I am so excited to be partnering with the St. Louis Park Park and Recreation Department to offer morning Adult HIIT Classes this summer.
Class details: 6Point Athletes Adult HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class is a 6 week program that will challenge participants both physically and mentally. Each week we will focus on one of the 6Points of: Agility, Balance, Endurance, Power, Reaction Time and Speed, along with strength training and conditioning. All fitness levels are welcomed! Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. Resistance bands will be handed out the first day of class for participants to keep.
When: Monday and Wednesday mornings from July 26th to September 1st
Time: 6-7 AM
Where: Wolfe Park in St. Louis Park
Cost: $96 for St. Louis Park Residents
$104 for non-residents

Trainer: Lisa Fisher, owner of 6Point Athletes, is a certified personal trainer, Strength and Conditioning consultant, and Group Fitness instructor. Lisa has taught various fitness classes from Boot Camp, Tabata, HIIT, and other strength training and conditioning classes over the years for various organizations. Lisa started her own personal training business, 6Point Athletes, in September of 2020. She specializes in sports conditioning training for middle and high school athletes, along with strength training and conditioning for adults.
