Nativity of Mary Fitness Fridays


Each Friday, Nativity of Mary middle school students will have the opportunity to do fun and challenging fitness exercises and obstacle courses to get them stronger and keep their bodies healthy.  

The classes will focus on strength training and conditioning along with athletic skills development. All fitness levels are welcomed!!! 


Specific Details:


When:  The first class will begin on Friday, September 9th and go to October 28th. There will be no class on Friday, October 14th or the 21st 

Time:  8:30 am - 9:15 am.   

Where:  The Nativity of Mary Gym

Size of class:  10 minimum

                       20 max.


Cost:  $36. Payment by credit card must be made by September 2nd. You can pay by check and hand it in on the first day of class, (see payment options below). 

Registration:  Registration begins on Friday, August 12th and closes on Friday, September 2nd.  You can email Lisa Fisher directly at to sign up. Please provide your name, your child's first and last name, and grade.  You will then receive a confirmation email along with other information.  


How to pay: 

                  You can sign up and pay, here.  This is the basic form to fill out                          and more information will be emailed to you.


                  You can pay by VENMO at: Six_6Point-Athletes

                  Please put the first and last name of child participating, their                              grade, and your email address in the comment section.




                   You can make a check out to 6Point Athletes and have your                               child hand it in on the first day of class.  Please email Lisa Fisher                       directly at to register.  Provide your                         name and your child's name and grade in the email.

Waivers and questionnaire: Once you have registered, an email with a waiver form and questionnaire will be sent to you to fill out.  Please make sure you fill out the questionnaire before the first day of class. Participants can hand in the waiver form on the first day of class.

What to wear and bring:  Participants can come in their uniforms or comfortable, athletic clothes.  All participants must wear tennis shoes. Please bring a water bottle to class as well. Class will be dismissed at 9:15 and participants who need to get dressed in their uniforms, can do so in the bathrooms.
