Strong Body
Strong Mind
Workshop

Join 6Point Athletes and Premier Sport Psychology for a fun and informational workshop that will work the body and mind of young athletes.

This workshop is designed for athletes in grades 5-8, who need guidance on "getting out of their head" when they make a mistake during a game or practice.  The workshop will also provide positive thinking tools to athletes who tend to shut down a bit or hold back while playing his/her sport.

The first part of the workshop will be led by 6Point Athletes owner and trainer, Lisa Fisher.  Lisa will put the athletes through a fun and challenging workout that will focus on basic athletic strength training and cardio conditioning.

After the athletes get a great workout in, Premier Sport Psychology Athletic Counselor, McKenzie Bromback, will provide methods and tools to help the athletes get passed that mental roadblock when making a mistake during a game, work through those tough emotions that might occur before, during or after a game, and build self-confidence.
